噻吨酮酰胺类光引发剂的合成及性能

合成了１２个噻吨酮酰胺类光引发剂，它们均为新化全物。经红外光谱，质谱及元素分析等方法确证结构。采用膨胀计法研究了它们的光引发性能，并和其它种类取代的噻吨酮作了比较。结果发现取代基的位置和结构对引发性能有一定影响。     

苯基膦酸单酯合成及浮选非硫化矿的结构-性能关系研究

膦酸单酯是酸性磷(膦)酸(酯)中现尚未见有文献记载的一类新型非硫化矿捕收剂,本文报道了6个苯基膦酸单酯化合物的合成,即:PhP(O)(OR)OH,a:R=C_2H_5-,b:R=C_4H_9-,c:R=s-C_4H_9-,d:R=t-C_4H_9-,e:R=C_6H_(13)-,f:R=C_8H_(17)-。测试了它们在不同浓度时水溶液的表面张力和对锡石、黑钨矿、赤铁矿、方解石和石英的浮选行为。实验结果表明苯基膦酸单酯是一类良好的非硫化矿捕收剂;烃基长度对药剂捕收活性影响极大,实验获得的最适烃链长度与按王淀佐提出的公式nφ=Δx_R~2 Δx_M~2计算预测值吻合;对药剂非极性基支链化引起的浮选性能差异进行了探讨,认为这些差异主要由空间位阻效应所决定。     

Comparison of retinal pigment epithelium cell preparations from the bovine eye

Summary Retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cells were collected from, bovine eyes using a new method. The cells were harvested by vortexing the RPE and underlying choroid in 0.05 M citrate phosphate buffer, pH 5. RPE cells recovered by this method were compared to a standard method by microscopic examination of cell integrity, estimation of total protein, and assay of 11-cis and all-trans retinyl ester hydrolase (REH) activities. Results suggest that this method collects RPE cells of good integrity and with a significantly higher protein yield than the conventional method. Additionally, a much higher retinyl ester hydrolase activity was noted. Therefore we propose that this procedure offers a new and convenient method in the collection of RPE proteins for certain purposes such as enzyme purification.     

Interaction of lipid transfer protein with plasma lipoproteins and cell membranes

Summary The hydrophobic lipid components of lipoproteins, cholesteryl ester and triglyceride, are transferred between all lipoproteins by a specific plasma glycoprotein, termed lipid transfer protein (LTP). LTP facilitates lipid transfer by an exchange process in which cholesteryl ester and triglyceride compete for transfer. Thus, LTP promotes remodeling of the lipoprotein structure, and plays an important role in the intravascular metabolism of these particles and in the lipoprotein-dependent pathways of cholesterol clearance from cells. The properties of LTP, its mechanisms of action, its roles in lipoprotein metabolism, and its modes of regulation are reviewed along with recent data that suggest a possible role for this protein in directly modifying cellular lipid composition.     

亚麻织物整理剂的研究(一)

本文研究了亚麻的结构与性能的关系,介绍了研制的非离子脂肪酰胺单双酯系亚麻织物整理剂的结构,应用效果以及技术经济效益。并得出了有意义的结论。     

蔗糖酯合成新方法的研究

本法以苛性钾与脂肪酸钾（乙）酯首先反应生成的部分中性皂作为乳化分散剂，使蔗糖和脂肪酸甲（乙）酯在熔融状态下直接发生酯交换反应合成蔗糖酯。     

水溶性醇酸改性苯丙共聚交联乳胶涂料的研究

本文论述了用醇酸树脂改性后的苯丙交联乳胶涂料的漆膜光泽、醇酸树脂加入量以及醇酸树脂中和剂的选择。     

螯合型乳酸钛酸酯的合成及酯化催化性能的研究

本文报导了整合乳酸钛酸酯的合成方法，并作为酯代反应催化剂，催化合成了邻苯二甲酸二辛酯，研究了反应转化率与反应时间、催化剂用量的关系；探讨了催化剂结构与催化性能的关系。     

中性磷萃淋树脂吸附铼的性能和机理研究ⅢCL－P＿（350）－KReO＿4－HNO＿3体系

本文报道四甲基膦酸二甲庚酸萃淋树脂（ＣＬ－Ｐ＿（３５０）从硝酸溶液中吸附鳞的性能和机理研究。实验结果表明，吸附平衡服从Ｌａｎｇｍｕｉｒ经验等温式。测得吸附物分子中Ｐ（３５０）与Ｒｅ（Ⅶ）的摩尔比为２：１。Ｒｅ（Ⅶ）是以形式被树脂吸附，其吸附机理属于综合反应：并测定了吸附过程的热力学函数。
